It's the annual Safety Production Month again, and the sweltering June heat is unbearable. The production workshops at Yien New Power are bustling with activity, working diligently to meet orders. Safety is a constant priority, a fundamental safety theme of Yien's corporate culture, a responsibility shared by every Yien employee.
At the start of work after the 2025 Spring Festival holiday, Yien New Power General Manager Yu Peng, during the "First Lesson" safety training session, outlined the goal of "building a distinctive safety culture for Yien New Power" for safety work in 2025. He outlined a three-year safety plan, aiming to gradually reach the top level of domestic new energy companies within that timeframe.
Over the past six months, Yien New Power's Safety Department has prioritized this mission, focusing on effective safety training, hazard investigation and follow-up, rapid emergency response, and comprehensive safety risk management, further strengthening and enhancing the foundation of safety management.



1. Establishing an online safety training learning platform: The Safety Department created short videos covering safety risk identification and control for each production process, safety management systems, and essential safety knowledge and skills. These videos were uploaded to the "Yiqixue" enterprise WeChat training mini-program. Learning and exam tasks were assigned, and effective online follow-up was conducted to ensure 100% training coverage and exam pass rates. This flexibly improved the effective organization and implementation of safety training without sacrificing work time.
2. Improving the Speed of Safety Hazard Rectification: General Manager Yu Peng mandated the establishment of follow-up indicators for "same-day completion rate," "three-day completion rate," and "seven-day completion rate" in company-wide safety hazard investigation and management, with rankings displayed at weekly meetings and monthly company safety meetings. Each department closely monitors the completion of safety hazard rectification within its department, significantly improving the speed and effectiveness of safety hazard management.
3. Establish a Rapid Emergency Response Mechanism: The Safety Department proactively collects all safety-related information, such as unusual weather conditions like high temperatures, strong winds, heavy rain, and lightning, particularly warnings and specific response measures for extremely severe weather. This information is then distributed to the company's "Safety Warning and Emergency Release" WeChat group for all employees. All departments are fully prepared and ready to respond to emergencies to prevent accidents.
4. Comprehensive Safety Risk Management: The Safety Department gradually implements comprehensive safety risk management throughout the entire process, from planning and design, procurement, trial production, mass production, warehousing, delivery, and after-sales service. In May 2025, the Safety Department focused on on-site safety risk identification and hazard investigation for the Jining Zhonglian Cement Project and the self-operated commercial and industrial energy storage power station project. A "Safety Risk Identification and Management" document was compiled, and safety training and briefings were organized for after-sales service and delivery personnel.
Safety production is a dynamic, systematic project that requires continuous improvement and full employee participation. This ensures that a safety culture is ingrained in everyone, safety is institutionalized into daily habits, and safe workplace conditions are continuously optimized, ensuring the factory is a safe and enjoyable place for employees to work.
